Recipe - Easy - Pasta Fagioli

Ingredients:
Easy - Pasta Fagioli recipe makes 1 Servings
One half cup Olive oil
1 small Onion
1 Garlic clove
1 cn Crushed tomato (16 oz)
Parmesan cheese
Parsley
Basil
Water
One half pound Ditalini #24
Salt and pepper
In a saucepan saute onions and garlic in oil until slightly browned. Add
tomatoes and beans, cook One half hour. Add parsley and basil to taste. Cook
macaroni according to package. Drain about half of the water, leave the
rest in the pasta. Add bean mixture, sprinkle with cheese. Serve hot.
