Ingredients:
Easy-To-Make Coffee Cake recipe makes 1 Servings
CAKE BATTER
One half cup Margarine
1 cup Granulated sugar
1 Beaten egg
2 One half cup Flour
4 teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Milk
One half cup Raisins (optional I leave
Them out)
Topping:
One half cup Granulated sugar
One half cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One half cup Flour
One half cup Margarine
1 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients for cake batter in order
given. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Mix topping and
sprinkle over cake. Bake for 55 minutes.
