Recipe - Easy-Oven Rice With Mushrooms

2 cup Uncle Ben's rice
2 cup Chicken consomme (canned
Do not dilute)
1 cup White wine
1 teaspoon Dried minced onion
1 Stick margarine (cut in
Pieces)
1 cn (4 oz.) mushrooms drained
And cut in p
One fourth teaspoon Black pepper

Mix all the above ingredients in an ovenproof Pyrex dish. Cover with
aluminum foil. Cook in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Serves 6 people.
