Recipe - Eastern Star Jello Salad

2 pack Jello
One fourth pound Cubed cheese (jack/cheddar)
One half Jar green olives; chopped
Softened cream cheese
Follow the directions on the box, let cool a bit, then add cheese and green
olives. Chill till firm. Top with soften cream cheese.
From my mom's recipe box. (I've eaten this every family get together, that
I can remember)
I know this sounds strange but we eat it and even request it at times.
