Recipe - Eastern Star Chili (Minnesota)

1 2/3 pound Coarse ground chuck
1 1/3 cup Chopped onion
1 tablespoon Salt
One half tablespoon Pepper
4 cup Chopped celery, precooked a
22 ounce Tomatoes; chopped
22 ounce Kidney beans
8 ounce Tomato soup
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 One half tablespoon Chili powder
Brown ground chuck and onions in a large pot. Add all other ingredients.
Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.
Makes 1 gallon.
Note: I suggest you cut down on the sugar and celery.
