Recipe - Easter Kallitsounia

FOR THE DOUGH
1 cup Fine olive oil
1 cup Butter
1 cup Milk
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder diluted in a
little lemon joice
Flour; as much needed for a
soft dough
FOR THE FILLING
1 One half kg "mizithra" cheese; (or
cottage cheese as a
substitute)
1 Eggs; up to 2
10 tablespoon Sugar
Cinnamon
Finely chopped mint

Prepare the dough, cover it, and set it aside to rise. Then, roll out the
dough, and cut out circular pieces which you fill with the stuffing and
then you shape them in the manner of small oillamps: twisting the edge all
around, like a crown. Dab with egg, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until
golden.
