Recipe - Easter Egg Sandwiches

6 Hardcooked eggs; peeled and
chopped
One half cup Finely chopped celery
One fourth cup Chopped green pepper;
(optional)
2 tablespoon Finely chopped green onion
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
One fourth teaspoon Salt
A dash of pepper

Utensils: small bowl, measuring spoons and cups, spoon or fork for mixing,
serrated knife

Mix all ingredients and spread on bread; makes 6 sandwiches.
