Recipe - East-West Slaw

Ingredients:

1 One half cup Diced Red Delicious apple
2 tablespoon Lemon lowfat yogurt
3 cup Pre cut or sliced up green cabbage
One fourth cup Raisins
2 tablespoon Chopped dryroasted peanuts
3 tablespoon Sweet and sour sauce

Combine apple and yogurt in a bowl; toss well to coat. Add cabbage and
remaining ingredients; toss gently to coat. Yield: 4 servings (serving
size: 1 cup).

Per serving: 106 Calories; 3g Fat (20% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 21g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 87mg Sodium

Serving Ideas : Serve chilled or at room temperature.
