1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 pound Powdered sugar; (3 One half cups
1 cup Peanuts; dry roasted

Microwave chocolate, butter, and milk in a 2qt. microwavesafe bowl for 1
One half to 2 One half minutes at MEDHIGH (70%) see* below, until butter looks
melted. Stir until smooth and choc. is melted. Stir in vanilla; beat in
sugar gradually until mixture is smooth and creamy, but not crumbly. Sir in
nuts. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Chill to firm (20 mins).
