Recipe - Dutch Pear Pie

One fourth cup Flour
Three fourths cup Sugar
1 cup Cream or canned evaporated
Milk
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
5 Fresh pears, peeled & minced
Or canned
Pears in light syrup
One fourth teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Sugar
9 In unbaked pie shell
Sift together flour & sugar. Stir in cream & lemon juice. Mix until
smooth. Add pears. Pour into shell. Sprinkle top with sugar &
cinnamon. Bake in 400 oven for 4550 minutes. Cool until set.
**Apples or peaches may be used.
