Recipe - Dutch Apple Crisp

FILLING
6 Apples, cored, peeled and
cut or sliced up thin (up to 8)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half cup Sugar
One fourth cup Brown sugar
3 tablespoon Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
One fourth teaspoon Salt (opt.)
TOPPING
Three fourths cup Oats
Three fourths cup Flour
One fourth cup Sugar
One fourth cup Brown sugar
1/3 cup Butter, melted
Toss the apples w/lemon juice and put in a casserole dish. Combine the dry
ingredients for the filling and toss w/apples.
Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the apples. Bake at 350
degrees for 4550 minutes.
