Recipe - Duck Pizza

1 ounce Hoisin sauce
1 ounce Pizza sauce
3 ounce Duck meat without skin
Roasted
One half ounce Green onion
One fourth teaspoon Sesame seeds
One fourth teaspoon Peppercorns Szechwan
3 ounce Mozzarella cheese smoked

Preheat oven to 500F with pizza stone. Blend hoisin and pizza sauces.
Spread sauce on dough and cover with shredded duck. Cover with cheese and
onions. Sprinkle sesame seeds and peppers evenly across pizza. Place on
pizza stone in oven and bake until golden brown.
