Recipe - Duck Hunters Cabbage

1 lg Head cabbage
One half cup Butter or margarine;
softened
Cavender's Greek seasoning
Lemon pepper
Worcestershire sauce
Wine vinegar
Wash and core cabbage. Place cabbage on heavyduty aluminum foil. Line
cavity of cabbage with butter and fill with Worcestershire sauce. Season to
taste with Cavender's and lemon pepper. Seal tightly and place on cookie
sheet. Bake at 350ø for 2One half to 3 hours. Remove foil and place in a large
bowl. Cut into bitesized pieces and toss with wine vinegar to taste
(approximately One half cup). Serve immediately. Yield: 8 servings.
