Recipe - Duck Casserole

3 cup Boiled minced duck
One half cup Butter
One half cup Chopped onion
One fourth cup Flour
1 cn (6oz) mushrooms
1 One half cup Cream or
1 cn (10.75oz) cream of mushroom
soup
1 One half cup Duck broth
1 cn (8oz) water chestnuts;
cut or sliced up thin
1 tablespoon Parsley
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 pack Wild rice; long grain
Cook rice as directed. Saute onion in butter; stir in flour; add mushrooms
and broth, stir. Add all other ingredients; pour into casserole and bake
covered, at 350 for 25 minutes.
