Recipe - Duchess Potato Puff

Ingredients:

2 One fourth cup Water
3 tablespoon Margarine or Butter
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Milk
2 One half cup Mashed Potatoe Flakes
Egg
One half cup Dairy Sour Cream
2 ounce Shredded Cheddar Cheese*

*INGREDIENT LIST SHOULD READ: 2 oz. (One half cup) shredded cheddar cheese.

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter 1 1/2quart casserole. In medium
saucepan, heat water, margarine and salt to rolling boil. Remove from heat.
Stir in milk and potato flakes. Blend in egg, sour cream and cheese, mixing
thoroughly. Scoop or spoon into prepared casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F.
for 2030 minutes, until lightly golden brown and puffed. Refrigerate
leftovers. I have not tried this recipe yet. It comes from my "PIllsbury
