Recipe - Duchess Meat-Loaf Pie

1 Envelope Onion soup mix
1 One half cup Water
2 pound Ground beef
Hot Mashed potatoes
1. Stir soup mix into water in a 2 cup measure.
2. Measure out One half cup soup and blend into ground beef in a larg bowl;
shape mixture into a thick 8inch round paty in a large frying pan; cut
into 6 wedges.
3. Pour remaining soup over; cover; cook over medium heat 25 minutes, or
until done as you like beef.
4. To serve, sppon hot mashed potatoes into a mound on top of meat; dip
gravy from bottom of pan with a sppon and drizzle over.
