Recipe - Dublin Special Frosting

One half pack (11.5oz) Nestle Toll House
milk chocolate morsels
1 One half cup Sifted confectioners' sugar
One half cup Butter; softened
One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon Nescafe Classic instant
coffee
Melt over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House milk chocolate
morsels; stir until smooth. Set aside. In large bowl, combine
confectioners' sugar, butter and salt; beat well. In cup, combine whiskey
and Nescafe Classic instant coffee; stir until dissolved. Add to sugar
mixture along with melted morsels; beat until light and fluffy. Frosts one
9inch layer cake. Makes about 2 cups frosting.
