Ingredients:

4 (12oz) New York strip
steaks
1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon Freshly ground coriander
1 One half teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Goodquality Hungarian
paprika
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt

Mix spices, dredge meat until well coated. Grill over high heat 35
min/side or until desired Also usable on fish, chicken, pork, etc.
