Ingredients:
Dry Jerk Rub recipe makes 6 Servings
2 pound Pork spareribs; cut in
pieces
One half cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup Garlic; minced
1. Mix soy sauce and chopped garlic. Pour over spareribs.
2. Marinate for 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in the
refrigerator.
3. Preheat oven to 300F. Place ribs on rack over drip pan and roast 1 to
1One half hours until dry.
