Recipe - Drunken Bean Soup

2 15 oz. cans Pinto beans,
Drained and rinsed.
One half cup Water or beer (I'd use beer)
One half Medium onion, cut or sliced up
3 Cloves garlic, minced
One half cup Fresh Cilanto leaves
1 Fresh jalapeno pepper,
Thinly cut or sliced up
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat for 30
