Recipe - Drink Your Breakfast (Lacto)

One half cup Fat free yogourt (fresh or
Frozen)
OPTIONAL
Flavorings (vanilla,
Chocolate syrup)
Protein powder or
Nutritional yeast for extra
Pep
Blend ten seconds in a blender and carry around the house while you get
dressed! Delicious and easy.
