Recipe - Dried Onion Soup Bread

1 1/3 cup Buttermilk*
2 tablespoon Molasses
1 pack (1.25oz) dried onion soup
mix
2 One half cup Bread flour
One half cup Cornmeal
2 tablespoon Margarine or butter
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast OR
1 One half teaspoon Fast Rise Yeast
I made this for supper and it was good. However next time instead of the
Light Crust setting I will use medium as this bread is heavy and moist.
Put in machine according to manufacturer's directions and set on Medium
Crust color. Can be baked in regular or quick bread cycle.
*This amount of buttermilk is to much for my machine so I had to add extra
flour. Next time I will only use 1 cup and see how the moisture goes. I
served this bread with homemade lagasne and green salad.
