Recipe - Dried Fruit Sauce For Fresh Fruit

One half cup Water and apple juice
One half cup Dried cherries
Confectioner's sugar or
honey to taste
Bring water and apple juice to a boil; pour over cherries and steep for as
long as possible. Sweeten
to taste if need be with sugar or honey. Serve hot over ice cream, fresh
fruit or cake.
Yield: 1 cup
