Recipe - Dried Beef Cream Cheese Spread

1 8 ounce cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoon Milk
1 pack 3 ounce dried beef; (like
Budig), chopped
One fourth cup Green pepper; chopped
4 Green onions; chopped finely
One half cup Sour cream
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
TOPPING
One half cup Pecans; coarsley chopped
Mix all ingredients except topping together in a mixing bowl. Spread in a
8" pie plate and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake @ 350 degrees (F) for 20
minutes. Serve hot with Breton crackers.
Can be made ahead and refrigerated up to one day before baking.
