Recipe - Dried Beef Cheese Ball

2 pack Cream cheese; (8 oz)
softened
2 pack Dried beef (I used the
"salty" kind) chopped (I
used regu
1 bn Green onions
1 teaspoon Black pepper
Chop dried beef. Save about One fourth cup for rolling later. Soften cheese. Blend
in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef
chips. Chill until needed. Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to
soften.
