Recipe - Dressing Casserole

2 cup Diced celery
1 One half cup Chopped onion
1 Clove garlic; finely minced
One half cup Butter or turkey drippings
12 cup Toasted bread cubes
4 cup Cubed cornbread
1 tablespoon Sage
2 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 cn (13 oz) Evaporated Milk
4 cup Turkey broth
2 Eggs; slightly beaten

Cook celery, onion and garlic in butter until light brown. Crumble bread
cubes and cornbread into large bowl. Add sage, salt and pepper. Stir in
celery mixture, evaporated milk and broth. Add eggs. Mix well. Pour into
greased shallow 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 12.
