Recipe - Dr Barbecues Carolina Mustard Sauce

Three fourths cup Yellow Mustard
Three fourths cup Red Wine Vinegar
One fourth cup Sugar
1 One half tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 teaspoon Salt
One half tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 One fourth teaspoon Ground black pepper
One half teaspoon Tabasco sauce
In a medium saucepan, combine ingredients, stirring to blend. Over low
heat, simmer 30 minutes. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before
serving. Refrigerate unused sauce up to several weeks.
Serving Ideas : As a baste or table sauce with pork or chicken.
NOTES : 1 Ounce servings.
