3 cup Whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon Vital gluten
Three fourths cup Scallions; minced very fine
One fourth cup Sundried tomatoes; (packed
in air), minced
1 One half cup Buttermilk
1 tablespoon Applesauce
One half teaspoon Dried basil
3 Cloves garlic; minced
One half cup Lowfat cheese
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
One half teaspoon Dried oregano
One half cup Sunflower seeds
Place ingredients in ABM in order recommended by your manufacturer. Turn
on. When breadmachine is finished, slice and eat.
