Recipe - Double Orange Pudding

1 cup Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Orange Rind grated fresh
3 tablespoon Sugar or substitute
2 tablespoon Cornstarch
6 small Oranges peel, section &
Discard white
Membrane

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients, EXCEPT orange sections. Stir
to dissolve cornstarch. Bring to a boil over med. heat, stirring. Boil 2
min, stirring. Remove from heat.

Add orange sections and mix gently.

Pour into 1 bowl or 4 individual serving bowls.

Chill.
