Recipe - Double Mustard-Beer Bread

Three fourths cup Beer; Flat
1/3 cup Water
One fourth cup Chopped Onion
2 tablespoon Mustard; Prepared
1 tablespoon Butter or Margarine;
Softened
3 cup Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 Three fourths teaspoon Yeast
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the
order recommended by the manufacturer.
Select Basic/Whate cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Remove baked
bread from pan and coll on wire rack.
