Recipe - Double Decker Brownies Using Basic Cookie Mix

1 Rcp Brownies from Cookie
Mix
1 cup Miniature marshmallows
1 cup Peanut butter chips
Reese's
1 tablespoon Shortening
1 One half cup Crisp rice cereal

Make one recipe brownies from basic cookie mix. Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven. Evenly sprinkle miniature marshmallows over brownies.
Return to oven. Bake 5 additional minutes. Remove from oven; cool in pan.
Combine peanut butter chips and shortening in the top of a double boiler
over hot, NOT boiling water. Stir until melted. Add the rice cereal; stir
until thoroughly coated. Spread over top of marshmallows. Cool until set.
Cut into squares. Makes 16
