Recipe - Double Chocolate Walnut Biscotti

2 cup Flour
Three fourths cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Butter, softened
2/3 cup White sugar
2/3 cup Light brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 pack 10 ounce large semisweet
Chocolate pieces or 2 12
Oz packages small pieces
Three fourths cup Chopped pecans or other nuts
Preheat oven to 350F. In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa, soda, and salt
and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter with sugars, vanilla,
and then add eggs. Mix flour mixture with butter mixture. Add chocolate and
nuts. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 912 minutes. Very rich and
very good.
