Recipe - Double Chocolate Banana Muffins

1 One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 cup Sugar
One fourth cup Baking cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
1 1/3 cup Mashed ripe banana
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1 Egg
1 cup Miniature semisweet
chocolate chips
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl,
combine bananas, oil and egg; stir into dry ingredients just until
moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paperlined muffin cups
threeforths full. Bake at 350 for 2025 minutes or until muffins test
done.
