Recipe - Double Bran Citrus Muffins

2 One fourth cup Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dry milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
1/3 cup Bran flakes (1 oz)
One fourth cup Toasted bran (Three fourths oz)
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Dry yeast

Timer OR Bake (Rapid) mode may be used. Place all ingredients (except
liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close
cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. Press start.
