Recipe - Double-Ring Sandwiches

2 Hardcooked eggs; chopped
1/8 cup Chopped; cooked bacon
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 sl Whole wheat bread
3 sl White bread
1 tablespoon Soft butter or margarine
12 sl Stuffed green olives
Combine eggs, bacon, and mayonnaise or salad dressing. Cut each slice of
the whole wheat and white bread into two 2inch rounds with a cookie
cutter, then cut the center from half of the rounds to form circles. Spread
butter or margarine on rounds, then spread with 1 tablespoon egg bacon
filling. Place a circle of bread over filling, and place a slice of stuffed
olive in the center of each circle. Yield: 12 party sandwiches.
