Recipe - Double-Hot Double Tomato Salsa

1 small Onion chopped
2 lg Ripe tomatoes; cored chopped
6 Oil cured sun dried tomatoes
2 Fresh or jarred jalapeno
Peppers;stemmed and seeded
2 Tablespoon Olive oil 2 Tablespoon Basil or parsley finely
Chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
In a food processor or blender or with a knife,finely chop the the onion
tomatoes,sun dried tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.Transfer to a bowl and mix
with the olive oil and basil or parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Makes about 4 servings or 2 One half cups..
