Recipe - Doriss Cranberry Relish

2 Orange; quartered and seeded
One half lg Lemon; quartered and seeded
2 Yellow delicious apples
(peeled), cored and
quartered
2 pack Fresh cranberries
12 ounce Raspberry preserves
1 cup Sugar
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add orange and lemon, and
process until finely chopped. Remove fruit. Reposition knife blade in
processor bowl; add remaining ingredients. Pocess until apple and
cranberries are coarsely chopped. Combine fruit mixtures, mixing well.
Chill before serving.
NOTES : Yield: About 7 cups. Submitted by artguyer@ix.netcom.com. Great
