Recipe - Dons Turkey Mystery

2 cup Turkey pieces
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon White pepper, ground
Three fourths cup Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 One half cup Stewed tomatos, cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Celery, cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Raisins
One half cup Pineapple chunks
1 cup Vermicelli, cooked
3 tablespoon Corn oil or peanut oil

Heat oil in a large, heavy skillet. Add onions & celery and saute'intil
onions start to turn trans luscent. Add turkey, raisins, tomatos, soy
sauce & vermicelli. Stir well and cover. Cook for 5 minutes then add the
raisins. Cook covered for 5 more minutes and serve.
