Recipe - Donnas Peanut Butter Fudge

3 lg Apples; (chopped fine)
1 cup Packed brown sugar
1 cup White sugar
2 Eggs; (room temperature)
1 cup Oil
1 cup Chopped walnuts
3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 One half teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Vanilla
Notes: The Times PA. by Donna Coleman of Jonas
Pour brown and white sugar over apples in a large bowl. Let sit for 20
minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together with large wooden
spoon until wellblended. Pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt
pan. Bake at 350° for one hour. Can be topped with whipped cream and
garnished with maraschino cherry before serving.
