16 ounce Red salmon
8 ounce Cream cheese
1 tablespoon Minced onion
1/8 teaspoon Liquid smoke or
Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves garlic;minced
One half cup Toasted; cut or sliced up almonds
3 tablespoon Parsley
Combine salmon,cheese,onion,liquid smoke and garlic in bowl.Shape into a
log.Mix cut or sliced up almonds and parsley.Roll log in mixture,then wrap in Plastic
wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
