Recipe - Donna Germans Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients:

One half cup Celery, chopped
One fourth cup Onion, chopped
3 tablespoon Butter or margarine
3 One half cup Cubed or crumbed bread; use
Turkey Stuffing Bread
(recipe)
Three fourths cup Chicken or turkey broth
One fourth cup Walnuts (optional)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

Saute celery and onion in the butter/margarine until soft; toss wiht bread
in a bowl. Add warmed broth and season and mix until well belnded. Stuff
bird or bake in a covered casserole at 350 F. for 20 minutes.
