455 g Tinned tomatoes, sieved
2 Celery sticks, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
1 Large carrot, chopped
1 Medium potato, minced
60 ml Olive oil
Sea Salt
Black pepper
22 g Wholemeal spaghetti 1" bits
Put the tomatoes in a saucepan Add 1.8l of water Add the celery, onion,
carrot, oil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes then add the spaghetti
Serve when the spaghetti is cooked (about 1015 minutes)
