Ingredients:
Dolce Balsamico recipe makes 9 Servings
16 lg Strawberries; Ripened
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 pt Premium Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
Rinse, stem, and half or quarter berries. In small bowl, toss berries with
sugar. Scoop ice cream into parfait or stemmed dessert dishes. Top with
berries. Drizzle One half tsp. of the vinegar over each dessert. Serve
immediately.
NOTES : The juicy, sweet flavor of the firstoftheseason strawberries is
enhanced with a dash of dark, mellow, balsamic vinegar.
