Ingredients:
Dixieland Catfish Fillets recipe makes 9 Servings
2 pound Catfish fillets
One half cup French dressing
12 Thin lemon slices
Paprika
Brush catfish fillets with French dressing. Place in well greased baking
pan. Top with lemon slices and sprinkle with paprika. Add remaining salad
dressing and bake at 350 until fish flakes easily with fork.
