Recipe - Ditts Grits

6 cup Water; boiling
2 teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Grits
1 Stick margarine
1 pound Velveeta cheese
3 Eggs
2 cn Green chile; chopped
Add 1 One half cups grits to boiling water.
Cook slowly and add margerine and cheese.
Stir until melted.
Beat eggs to add to mixture; stir in green chiles.
Pour into greased cassarole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
