Recipe - Dill Liver And Onions

1 pound Liver, cut or sliced up
One half cup Flour
One half teaspoon Dill weed
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
2 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Onions, minced
One fourth cup Butter
Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge liver with the mixture
on both sides. Melt butter in skillet and brown liver using medium heat.
Reduce heat, sprinkle with onion and dill. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
