Recipe - Dill Casserole Bread

3 cup All purpose flour
4 teaspoon Baking powder
3 tablespoon Sugar
One fourth cup Finely chopped fresh dill or
1 tsp dried
1 One half teaspoon Baking soda
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
1 One half cup Buttermilk
Preheat oven to 350* In large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder,
sugar, dill, baking soda, salt and pepper. Add buttermilk a little at a
time until soft dough forms Turn into greased 9 X 5 " loaf pan. Bake 50
minutes or until loaf is goldenbrown. Serve warm or reheat.
