Recipe - Dijon Vinaigrette

One half cup Olive oil
One half cup Vegetable oil
1/3 cup Red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon Coarse black pepper
1 Clove garlic; crushed
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
One half teaspoon Thyme
One fourth teaspoon Salt
Combine all the ingredients in a clean jar with a tightfitting lid. Shake
well. Makes 1.5 cups
