Recipe - Dijon Popovers

Oil (for the popover cups)
2 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Set the oven at 450 degrees. Oil 6 popover cups and put the pan in the
oven. In a blender beat the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and mustard. Divide
the batter evenly among the cups. Bake the popovers for 20 minutes. Reduce
the oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes or
until the popovers are firm and golden.
