Recipe - Dijon Chicken With Black Japonica

2 cup Black japonica cooked
according to package
directions
Three fourths cup Mayonaise
One fourth cup Honey
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Horseradish
6 Chicken breast halves
Mix these ingredients in a bowl and brush it on Chicken breasts. Broil or
grill the chicken breasts until done. Spread the Japonica on a platter as a
bed for the Chicken breasts arrange the chicken breasts on the Japonica and
garnish with cut or sliced up orange.
